Eager to see the world after finishing her studies in International Hotel Management, she came to Mexico at the age of 22 from Germany to launch her career with Riu Hotels & Resorts and was quickly announced as Assistant Hotel Manager. Over the next five years she mastered her talents in customer service as well as the balancing act of keeping staff and company happy. Being assigned as Director of Operations for the Pacific Area for the exclusive Spa and Water Sports Concession of the company was a peak in her hospitality career during which time she organized and supervised the operations of their 18 sales points spanning Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlán and Guadalajara.

With the experience of living over a decade in the Puerto Vallarta-Riviera Nayarit area and having bought real estate herself as a foreigner, Nicole can adeptly guide her customers through the purchase process. Tri-lingual, with a high fluency in Spanish, she can navigate negotiations and contractual and legal documents on behalf of her customers.

With an intimate knowledge of the area and the community—like a local—and a trained eye in evaluation and quality control of properties, she was drawn to her latest calling: serving her customers in their real estate endeavors here on the Pacific Coast of Mexico.
